We're so excited to connect with you every Wednesday 7pmEST/4pmPST to 9pmEST/6pmPST  from March 11th to April 22nd, 2020!

Each module contains several sessions.

You'll also find the a button in each week to join the video convergence via Zoom that will be updated with links closer to our start date (please download Zoom beforehand or alternatively you should be prompted to do so when you click the link).

As we flow through the program, downloads of information and self/home practices for between sessions will be posted, and recordings of each week's session will be made availble on it's page for you to review.
